OWNERTS LLC ("OWNERTS," "we," "us," or "our") provides marketing and AI automation services to home service businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Contact information you or your business provide to us, such as name, phone number, email address, and business details, including through phone calls, forms, or discovery call bookings.
• Communications data, including records of calls, text messages, and emails exchanged with you, for service and support purposes.
• Website usage data, collected automatically when you visit our websites — including ownerts.com and our subdomains, such as legal.ownerts.com and book.ownerts.com — including pages visited, browser type, device information, and general location, gathered through cookies, analytics tools, and the advertising technologies described in Section 6.

• To contact you regarding our services, including appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups
• To respond to inquiries and provide customer support
• To improve our website and services based on usage patterns

3. SMS/Text Messaging

We send text messages only to people who have opted in first. You opt in by submitting an OWNERTS website form, contact form, lead form, or booking/calendar form in which you voluntarily enter your own mobile number and separately check the SMS consent box, which is unchecked by default. We do not send an initial text asking for permission, and we never treat a publicly listed business number, a third-party directory, a purchased list, or a scraped number as SMS consent.

Once you have opted in, we may send you messages related to your inquiry, appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and service follow-ups. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile phone numbers collected for SMS purposes are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate our business (such as CRM, scheduling, and messaging platforms), and only as needed to deliver our services, or where required by law.

Our websites and subdomains use cookies and analytics tools to understand how visitors use our pages and to improve user experience. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

6. Advertising and Retargeting

Some of our pages — including campaign landing pages on our subdomains, such as legal.ownerts.com — use the Meta pixel, an advertising technology provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. Where it is active, it collects information about your visit, such as pages viewed, actions taken (for example, clicking a booking link), your IP address, and browser and device details, and shares that information with Meta so that we can measure advertising performance and show ads to people who have visited our pages.

This is separate from the analytics described above: analytics tells us how our pages are used, while advertising technologies support ad measurement and retargeting.
