1. Our Services
OWNERTS provides marketing and AI automation services, including lead generation, appointment scheduling support, and related outreach, to home service businesses such as landscaping companies, ADU/garage builders, and property inspection businesses.
2. SMS Messaging Program
Program name: OWNERTS SMS Notifications
Description: This program sends an initial message requesting permission to receive further communication. Recipients who reply affirmatively (e.g. "YES") may receive appointment scheduling, confirmation, reminder, and follow-up messages related to OWNERTS services.
Message frequency: Varies based on your engagement with OWNERTS; typically no more than a few messages per month.
Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
3. Consent
By replying affirmatively to our initial opt-in message, or by otherwise providing your phone number and agreeing to receive messages from OWNERTS, you consent to receive the SMS communications described above. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any service. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
5. No Guarantee of Results
While OWNERTS provides marketing and automation services designed to generate leads and appointments, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue, or results.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OWNERTS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or SMS program.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services or participation in our SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
